Gov. Doyle announced today that he is going to sign the budget into law tomorrow. The Board of Regents are considering a proposal that would increase in-state and out-of-state tuition by the same dollar amount, which comes out to an 18 percent incerase for in-state and 3.9 percent for out-of-state.
